In a detached house, on 3rd floor, a large, bright, furnished room with a large Queen bed, a private ensuite bathroom, large built-in walk-in closet, private stainless steel refrigerator and an access to large balcony is available. The room is for one post secondary student or a recent graduate, single occupancy only, no sharing.

Free bike parking in a new bike shed in backyard. Garage car parking with automatic door opener fob is available for extra.

One of the cleanest houses in York Village. Common areas are regularly cleaned, and garbage are collected by a dedicated cleaner.

Price is all inclusive (all utilities, Internet, heating and cooling), except for laundry, which is coin operated ($2 each load) and located on-site in the basement.

WiFi and wired (RJ45 Ethernet LAN port in room) internet included, ultra-high speed BELL Fibe 1.5 Gbps (Canada's fastest internet) unlimited is included. Good or serious internet usage.
