Hi there! I’m looking for someone to share a bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with me starting September 1, 2025. I’m very clean, easygoing, and like to keep the apartment peaceful and comfortable. I enjoy quiet evenings, the occasional movie night, and a good mix of social time and personal space.

The apartment is 1,050 sq ft and located on the 17th floor, so it gets LOTS of natural light and has a great view. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and we’ll share the kitchen and living area. I take pride in keeping the space neat and well looked after, and I’m looking for someone who’s similarly respectful and tidy.

The building is right next to the O-Train (1-2 mins walk), and very close to uOttawa, Rideau, and all of downtown core (5-6 mins train ride). I would give this location a score of 10/10 because of how walkable it is. You have beautiful scenic views if you walk through Hurdman or Strathcona park.
