We are looking for someone to take over our lease at Southpark on Whyte. This is not a sublet, you will apply directly with the building and take over the lease in your own name. We are only responsible for giving tours and collecting your contact information to pass along to the property manager for the official application. Flexible move in date Jan/Feb 2026.

My husband and I have really enjoyed this unit however we are looking to relocate for a career opportunity.
