You get your own bedroom on the top floor with your own private bathroom. Everything comes fully furnished as seen in the pictures (picture 1) And you share the rent of the house with the other tenants (University Students) Our home is located in Ottawa on Jasper Ave.

Very quiet area. also we are pet friendly so dogs or cats are welcome. please clean up after your pet on a daily basis. such as outside and litter box to be clean daily.

The house will be shared with other Tenants and you will share the common areas such as the kitchen, Living room, Dining room, and Pool in the backyard is open during the summer months and you are welcome to use during those months.

The bedrooms come fully renovated and furnished as seen in the pictures so you can either rent it as is with our furniture or if you have your own furniture we can move our stuff into storage. Both rooms comes with 1 parking spot in the driveway and there's storage space in the garage if needed.

The rent comes with the following: your own bedroom and private bathroom with key, Hydro, Heat, Water, unlimited internet with Wifi password, Bell vibe television. No smoking in the house you can smoke in the backyard, no parties, no loud music, there are other tenants who live there so please be respectful to them.
