I am subletting my cozy downtown apartment close to nightlife and shopping for $2000 from July 1st to Nov. 1st 2025 to go traveling.

- Sunny south facing balcony with a fantastic skyline view which includes a full lounge set (love seat and armchairs) and a high table with bar stools

- Close to TMU (Ryerson), UofT & George Brown College, Eaton Centre and 5 grocery stores
-Streetcar, bus stop around the corner, subway 3 blocks walking distance.

I am looking to sublet to someone who only has a suitcase or two, as I am not clearing out my apartment. We can discuss utilities when we connect.

As much as I love animals, I am unfortunately allergic to them, therefore, no pets please. I take pride in my apartment and am looking for someone who will treat my home as their own.
