This lovely apartment is located in the Long Branch area of Etobicoke, adjacent to Laburnham Park.

It’s a small and compact space ideal for one tenant but with huge windows throughout it feels wonderfully airy.

The tiny but nicely finished kitchen provides a cooktop and air fryer (not full stove), fridge and dishwasher. The living room has patio doors leading to a small deck and (shared) back yard. We are pet friendly and there is a small dog on the premises (and a few cats!).

Upstairs are laundry, bathroom (shower/no tub), and a 10 x 10 bedroom with a small closet.

All utilities TV/internet (and laundry) are included in the rent. The house/apartment have central air conditioning. There is ample on street parking. While attached to the main house the apartment is fully separate with a side entrance from the street.

We are happy to leave any of the current furniture in place, if desired, including kitchen items.

We are looking for an A tenant and someone quiet and respectful. The owners live in the main house and are a young family with two small children. The apartment would be ideal for a retiree as it’s so totally turnkey and easy to maintain.
