The cottage has 1 Queen Bed in the Upstairs Master Loft, 2 Twin/Single Beds in the Main floor Bedroom, and a sofabed in the living room.
There is electric baseboard heat throughout, but air conditioning.

please be aware there is a shale laneway & parking area for these units. In the early spring tenants will need to park and walk as the laneway will not be drive-able until the frost is out of the ground and the shale dries up. 4x4 vehicle recommened because of this
