400 square foot unique, beautifully maintained tiny home built in 2015 by Timberwolf
Industries. This home is designed for on or off-grid living. Built on a 40 ft X 10 ft triaxle gooseneck trailer . Which makes for quick and easy hookup. This home offers two
bedrooms, 3 pce bath, open concept layout that brings an abundance of natural light.
Thanks to the many large windows. A perfect blend of comfort and flexibility,a great lifestyle.
Comes with two Midnite controllers, four batteries, a Magna sine inverter and 9 solar
panels, will also include a wind turbine that was never installed.
House has all plumbing inside to reduce risk of freezing. Pellet stove is an Enviro P3, keeps
home warm and cozy all winter long and the windows and ceiling fan keeps things cool in
summer. Originally came with stove and hood fan but there was no electrical hookup
included. Existing 2 year old fridge can be propane or electric, the space itself can
accommodate a standard full size fridge.
On dense cloudy/rainy/snowy days I run the new generator,( which has only 52 hours on it as of aug 6/2025 )
for 5 hours to top up batteries.
The walls and ceiling of this home are insulated with Walltite closed cell purple spray foam,
has 24-gauge metal roofing and exterior has clapboard wood siding. Ample storage area
above bathroom, spare room is perfect for a home office that fits snuggly under the loft bed.
Bathroom features a very large round window, shower stall, a vessel sink and a Sepperatte
Vila 9210 toilet which is very simple to use, solids go in the back chamber and liquids in the
front to the grey water holding tank or, in my case, out to the leach field. Bathroom and loft
have barn doors.
All outbuildings can be purchased separately.
I’ve lived in this home off-grid year around for 10 years now and as
