The kitchen with its door and the living room in the suite are fully furnished. The egress window in the bedroom is large and has good natural light. The suite has its separate entrance.
• All utilities (electricity, gas, city garbage collection fees, water) and high-speed wifi are included in the rent.
• Security deposit: $640.
• The rooms will be available for rent 1.5 months maximium from November 1st 2025 to December 15 2025
