We are two U of A students looking for summer subletters for our furnished home in McKernan from May-August.

The furnished home features three bedrooms, including a spacious master and two additional bedrooms, with the master and one of the two additional rooms furnished with beds. There are three bathrooms in total: a private ensuite connected to the master bedroom, a full bathroom upstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs.

The home has in-unit laundry and is located next to the McKernan/Belgravia LRT station, perfect for a quick commute to the U of A or elsewhere. There’s a garage available and free street parking. Rent is $2100/month to be split between subletters, plus utilities and Wi-Fi.
