I am a single mom with a 9 year old boy and a French bulldog. Looking to rent a room - exchange rent for helping out with kid/s and/or cooking and cleaning. I owned a cleaning business for 10 years and do deep cleans (if you want cupboards organized, walls clean etc.).

My son sleeps with me and likely will for a while still (his choice).
