There’s an 8 acre pasture right in front of the house so you can always look out your windows and see your horses. It has a horse shelter and water trough. You would be responsible for all maintenance etc on the pasture and caring for your own horses. There’s a reliable water source all year round.

There’s another 10 acres out back if someone needed the extra space I’d consider renting that as well.

I’m looking for a laid back, independant person or persons—‘princesses’ need not apply. No offense of course. This house is just not suited for that.

All well behaved animals are welcome. (ie. no incessant barking or chasing of other animals).

No hard drug users or heavy drinkers please. Again, no judgement, I just don’t want that vibe on the farm.

…I’ve been unable to find the right tenants with the demographic of people that were just interested in renting the suite, which is why I decided to rent the entire house and pastures. For the record, I am not the owner of the property. I have however lived here for over four years and am referred to as the owner when dealing with any municipality issues, etc. This is an investment property that will be ‘sat’ on for the next twenty years or so. Therefore, long term tenants are welcome and encouraged, which is supported by my lease.

Finally, there is an “unfit for human habitation” order stated for the “cabin” at the other end of the property. (I was renovating it and found short a couple permits. It will be easily remedied when I have the time to start working on it again). That has nothing to do with the main house.
