This building has no elevator and is on the 3rd floor so the ability to walk up and down the stairs is required. There is no parking included with this rental, so if you have a vehicle you will be finding your own parking in downtown Halifax. The monthly rent is $1350 and continues at this rate until the final month of this term lease. The Damage Deposit (paid up front along with your first month’s rent) is 50% of the regular Rent of $1350 = $675. The following utilities are included in the monthly rent:

There is an Alarm System for the building and full training will be provided. The other floors (1 and 2) are used by the Parish for Mission and Outreach, so there is activity in the building but not on your private 3rd floor. Occasional renovations to the 3rd floor ‘unfinished’ rooms facing Argyle St. may be undertaken, but The Tenant is given 48 hours’ notice and this work will be during daytime only. The Tenant is required to have ‘contents insurance’ for their own personal property. This is a non-smoking building, no campfires (on back deck included in your package), no loud parties, and no pets.
