There are 2 rooms, shared kitchen, bathroom, and shared laundry.

In the rooms, beds are included (new mattress) and will provide desks if required.

15 min bus ride to UTSC and Centennial.

Bus 132 rides direct to STC.

Renting the room is less than than renting the entire basement. Please let me know what is preferred.
