We are renting out the basement apartment of our Property on windsor street. It has been recently upgraded and redone with new washer and dryers, countertops, windows. floors and more!

The Unit is a Bachelor / Studio in a very quiet neighborhood.

We are accepting Students, working professionals and Mature Couples. The Unit has a Separate Private Entrance in the back of the property. The Unit stays cool year round as a basement apartment but has no problem heating with the new electric heating installation.

The Stacked Washer and Dryer will be pushed back into the closet so it can be closed this week, I'm just waiting on a new dryer vent hose to be delivered.

The Property also has a very beautiful backyard that we have placed as the last photo that also shows the large driveway area behind the building for Tenants.
