Hi! I have a room coming available in September in a three bedroom, two bathroom basement suite. I am a student at MRU, so ideally I'd like another student so our lifestyles and schedules would be more aligned. The suite is pet friendly, however I have two cats myself, so compatibility would need to be assessed.

The rent includes all utilities, and internet would be about ~40 extra a month. There is street parking and the area is super super transit accessible, but I'm also open to carpooling if you're an MRU student as well.

I myself do not party often, and I attend class full time so I'm fairly quiet and would ideally love a roommate with a similar vibe.
