Située dans le demi sous-sol d’un grand condo en plein cœur du village Monkland donc proche de tous les commerces, de nombreux cafés et des bus 24-102-103-162-166. Le métro est à 7 mn à pied, le centre-ville accessible en 20 mn en transport en commun. Le quartier est très sécuritaire et la rue Monkland est très animée.

La chambre est assez lumineuse car elle a deux fenêtres qui s'ouvrent et donnent sur un jardin.

Le/la locataire partage avec un autre étudiant la grande salle de bain du sous-sol et le coin cuisine qui est au même étage et qui leur est réservé (équipé avec réfrigérateur-congélateur, un micro-ondes, un grille-pain, une bouilloire et un grand placard de stockage). Il/elle a aussi accès à la laveuse et à la sécheuse, au gym familial et à la cuisine principale de l’appartement si il/elle veut se préparer des petits plats.
Il y a deux chats dans la maison.

The student will share with another student the big bathroom and the mini kitchen which are both located in a common area also in the basement. He/she will also have access to the family gym, the washer dryer and to the the main kitchen of the condo.
