I am moving out of my apartment in the middle of August and looking for someone to replace me. You will be living with two roommates, Alex and Josephine, both of whom are respectful and easy to get along with.

The apartment is located in the Plateau, right next to Parc Jeanne-Mance and the mountain. It's about a ten-minute walk from the Mont-Royal metro and near tons of shops and restaurants.

The room being offered is the one in the picture. It has a closet and shelves as well (not pictured). It will be cleared out of course, but if you want I can leave behind the bed, desk and chair. Rent will be 670$ a month, not including hydro (though you'd only pay half rent for August, since you'd be moving in mid-month).
