Hello folks! We are looking to find reliable and responsible renter(s) to rent our one bedroom, one bathroom condo suite on the 14th floor right in the heart of downtown Edmonton. The two tower condominium complex has exquisite views facing south of the river valley and is a quick 5 minute walk to get to river valley trails, the legislature, transit services and Jasper avenue. Our buildings have fob access to a locked/secured underground parkade(parking spot is an extra cost so inquire if you’re needing a parking spot) and both buildings have fitness rooms, swimming pools, steam and sauna rooms and in building laundry rooms. The building is air conditioned through the summer and the unit gets nice and cooled down if all windows and sliding balcony doors are closed. The unit has independent temperature controls to keep the unit as cozy or as cool as you prefer through the cold winter months here in Edmonton and pets are allowed with a pet deposit and pet application to the building management. Unfortunately no dogs over 12inches are allowed in the building unless specified as service/support animals. We are asking $1450/month which includes all utilities except for internet which you must provide for yourself through whichever provider you decide suits your needs.
