Hello I am selling my condo independently. It is a 2 bedroom plus den at Fuse condominium. There is a locker but no parking. However the building has so much visitor parking I used it myself when living there and they do ticket sometimes. I also got a street permit. It is on the 8th floor in the black part of the building that sits over DuPont street. Facing west and south. Open to offers and time is a factor for me.
