- It is in a safe, peaceful, and beautiful neighbourhood. - The bedroom is big and comes with your own bed, mattress, night stand, desk, wall closet, and dresser.
- The bathroom and living room will be shared with me.
- The rent includes wifi and all utilities.
- There is a coin laundry in the building.
- This place is very close to Kennedy Station and there is a bus stop only 1-minute walk from the building.
- The apartment has heating but no air conditioning.
- There's Dollarama, Tim Hortons, Giant Tiger, Shopper's Drug Mart, and No Frills at close walking distance.
- The place is also very close to lots of parks and green spaces. So, going for a walk can be easy, convenient, and refreshing.
