I'm posting this ad on behalf of the landlady. Currently, there are three people living in the house including the landlady and me, but I’ll be moving out on the 29th of this month.

There is a furnished room available upstairs with a shared bathroom. After I move out, a basement room with a private bathroom will also become available.

The rent is $1300 for the upstairs room and $1400 for the basement room. The basement room and its bathroom are unfurnished. The basement room is quite spacious — even with a queen-size bed and a desk, half of the room is still empty.

The upstairs room comes with a wardrobe, while the basement has a large walk-in closet.
