Seeking one or two renters for an outstanding, fully-furnished basement suite in upper Edgemont, NW, in the home of two professionals, who live upstairs.
A couple of years ago, I transitioned this suite from a Five-Star Airbnb, with two years of Super-Host status, to a longer-term, monthly rental situation. This suite is ideal for a corporate rental, international student, or newcomer to Calgary. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Conversely, it is not ideal for someone with a lot of belongings or furniture.
