Currently out of 5 rooms of this house, three( 3) rooms are available from August 1, 2025.
The house is furnished with shared kitchen , which is fully functional with pots pans, plates, stove, refrigerator , microwave and utensils. No dishwasher.
Each bed room has a single bed frame with box spring, mattress, one reading table, chair and a cloth organizer/ closet/ chest of drawers.
The monthly rent ( 875$/ month) includes everything, means access to shared kitchen, washrooms, laundry room, parking, water, heating, electricity, internet.
If you are interested, you are welcome to visit the place.
Needs 50% of the rent in advance as security deposit when you will sign the lease for one year.
This is a kind of female hostel for female students and professionals.
Rooms are not for sharing. Overnight staying guests are not allowed. Pets are not allowed either. If you are interested to visit the house please let me know.
The house is close to bus stops ( 2 mins of walking time) .
15 mins to downtown by car.
