Seeking a female student for the up coming school year, needing room accommodation in a quiet household with a semi-retired couple. Someone who likes a family type setting. The couple enjoys a young, quiet, responsible person living in their home. Rent is $850.00 monthly which includes private bedroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, desk area for homework and a sitting area for reading just outside their bedroom, & some storage. Laundry and driveway parking with plug in available at no extra charge. All meals and school lunches included, no extra charge, however no special diets please.( things you don't like to eat are ok and will be discussed) A car is an asset, but bus and LRT transportation are close by. The couple will support the student should they find themselves in an occasional jam, example needs a ride to the airport or to pick up their car somewhere. The couple will provide a safe, comfortable and supportive home for the student so they can focus on their school work. She needs to be tidy, willing to clean up after herself ,especially in the kitchen, and keep her bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy on a regular basis. Someone who is fairly easy going is desired, also respectful and honest towards other people's property. I can provide glowing references on request from past students.
