I’m a student at UTSC and i’m looking for a roommate to move in October 1st. The apartment is across the street from UTSC and Centennial College. A 10-minute drive from STC Mall. There is a free gym in the building and a pool outside. There is a rec centre right across the street as well (I’m there often). There is everything you’ll need in the apartment but not in the bedroom. Great location for busses as there are many that will take you anywhere you need. I personally like to keep a clean space. Lots of student and families live in this building
