Tenants do have access to a garage spot, which is heated for the winter months. No more getting into a cold vehicle! The location of the suite is ideal, as it is only about a 10-12 minute drive to downtown and the University of Regina, and has many stores and restaurants within a 3-5 minute drive. There are lots of parks and paths around to enjoy walks in the evenings, and the area is a very safe and quiet neighbourhood.
