I am seeking a long term rental for myself and my wonderful dog. I currently live downtown, and both my dog and I would benefit in finding a quieter location.

I am flexible on a move in date, as I am able to wait for the right spot to become available.

I have plenty of local references and a secure job as a healthcare provider in town.

My ideal home would be south of town (20 minutes max preferred), on grid and have close access to trails or a yard. A garden would be a huge bonus. I am comfortable with wood stoves and rural living & am open to considering options that may fall outside of these parameters.
