Clean and quiet professional seeking a room with a private bathroom, a winterized cabin or a tiny home for rent, at least for the off-season, at fair market rate, in or around Whitehorse.

For cabins/tiny homes/garden homes: I don’t mind going to the gym for showers, but I would appreciate access to heat, electricity, a small fridge, and basic kitchen appliances (toaster oven, microwave, etc.).

Single occupancy. No pets. No party. Non smoker. Not 420 friendly.
