The deck has a bbq plenty and f seating outside
It comes fully equipped and furnished includes all utilities plus internet

There is a desk in the bedroom and in the living room in front of the window

The couch is a pullout queen as well

Parking is available on the side streets

The house is very quiet the tenants upstairs wake at 5am and are in bed by 9pm

So whoever comes here needs to be on a similar schedule and also very quiet

No animals can be inside the home due to my nephew having severe allergies

It’s also non smoking of any kind

It’s a quiet Naighbourhood and area
There is a YMCA and laundromat on the street as well as grocery store Starbucks Tim Hortons and nail salon and everything is walking distance

The streetcar and buses are right out front and on the corner it’s a very convenient area

This place is cozy perfect for single working person or a couple
