Payment Terms (Please Read Carefully):
To take over the lease, the new tenant will need to pay:
• September rent ($2,465) directly to the building
• Last month’s rent ($2,465) to me upfront (already paid, not refundable by the building)

So, the total upfront cost is $4,930, which covers both September and the last month (December).
