Hello! My name is Demba. I am looking for a roomate to rent out the second bedroom of a condo at 158 McArthur. The utilities are included in the rent which is $1000. Internet is split though which is around 15$ a month each. The room and apartment come fully furnished so no need to worry about that. It also comes with indoor parking available. The building has a pool and gym, and it’s not far from downtown. It is roughly a 20 to 25 minute walk to the University or 15 minutes public transpo. Also has a beautiful view of the city.

A little about myself: I am 21 years old entering my fourth year at UOttawa. I am clean, respectful of space and am a caring person. I enjoy spending quality time with friends, running, and working out. I’m also a sneaker head so hopefully we can bond over some of those things!

And man I can’t stress how beautiful the view is!
