We are a five minute walk from Lakeshore Blvd west and a 20 minute walk from the Long Branch GO station. A three minute walk takes you to the corner of 30th and Elder where the bus goes to Kipling station.

The great little apartment is ideal for a single occupant. It's attached to a family home but has two separate entrances through a side door accessible from the street and patio door from the shared backyard. There is a tiny private deck and the property is adjacent to a lovely park.

This 400 sq ft apartment consists of a living room, tiny but well laid out kitchen, an upper hallway with laundry, bathroom (shower only - no bath), and a 10 by 10 bedroom. Huge windows throughout. There is central air conditioning, lvp flooring, a lovely tiled shower and in the kitchen, while there is not a full stove, there's a good sized fridge, four burner cooktop and separate air fryer/oven as well as a dishwasher.

We are looking for a quiet, mature tenant. In the main house (right beside the apartment) is a young family - both parents are police officers and they have two babies. In the backyard "Grandma" lives in a garden suite. We are friendly, nice people and want to rent to someone comfortable with our busy nearby household. We are animal lovers and the apartment is dog and cat friendly.

You can come to see the apartment any time but availability is for October 1 (September 30 is fine too!).
