Myself and my partner are looking for a 1-bedroom plus den OR 2-bedroom apartment available for Oct. 1st move in date! We do offer some flexibility on the move-in date!

We have a combined monthly income of $3400-3500. (With room for improvement.) Some utilities included in rental cost is preferred.

We are unfortunately having to move out of our current space because our landlord has planned to do extensive renovations on the unit with no estimated time-frame, and needs us to vacate as soon as possible.

I am on permanent disability while my partner works remotely from home in customer service. We are non-smokers and do not own any pets.

We have a letter of reference from our landlord that we are in good standing and have being paying rent consistently for the last 10 years.
