Myself and my partner are looking for either 1-bedroom plus den OR a 2-bedroom apartment available for an Oct. 1st move in date! We are looking for a minimum 1-year lease with option to renew! We are also willing to do a month to month rental agreement but we are looking for permanent relocation, not temporary. We are also somewhat flexible on the move-in date!

We are unfortunately having to move out of our current space because our landlord has planned to do extensive renovations on the unit with no estimated time-frame, and needs us to vacate as soon as possible.

I am on permanent disability. I do walk with a cane but it does not immensely impede my mobility. My partner works remotely in customer service for an AKC Kennel based out of the United States. We are non-smokers and do not own any pets.

We have a monthly income of around $3000-3400 a month! (With room for improvement.) Some utilities included in the rental cost is preferred.

We also have a letter of reference from our landlord that we are in good standing and have being paying rent consistently for the last 10 years.
