All our homes are completely renovated with new vinyl plank flooring through out and freshly painted.
Since we own our moving truck delivery and blocking is included in the price if your within a 4 hour radius.
If your a little further out we can adjust the price accordingly.
All our homes come with all brand new blocking.I will be adding some interior pictures as the areas of the homes are completed.

We offer free storage in our gated yard until your site is ready for delivery. Buy now so your first on the list for delivery.
We can also deliver in the winter months. Weather permitting, of course.
