I am moving out of my apartment (5252 Tobin Street - Unit 408) and offering for anyone to take over my lease. The rent is due to increase to $1625 in September 2025. Rent includes all utilities, you only pay for internet. The apartment has lots of closet space located in the bedroom and foyer. The location is right next to two grocery stores, one each on either end of the street and is walking distance to downtown Halifax.
