The apartment for rent is the whole second story of a duplex / house at 167 1/2 Silverthorn Ave. The rent includes utilities. The second floor includes four rooms: one large bedroom and one additional room (living room or second bedroom). The bedroom is about 11 feet by 9 feet and the additional room is 15 feet by 10 .5 feet. There is a large wardrobe in
the kitchen and two closets. There is also a large clean white tiled
washroom and a large kitchen with light wood cabinets and large window. The
bedroom is furnished - with a double bed a dresser and a side table. You have to
buy your own mattress and living room furniture. The kitchen table and
chairs are there. When you walk up the stairs you face the kitchen with
large east facing windows facing the back yard. The kitchen also includes a
Bosch Washer and a Drier set. Utilities are included. The house is a five
minute walk to St. Clair. I am a friendly, quiet, tidy, mindful person and I
am looking for the same. Non smoker with no pets preferred. I am open to
