The room can be fully furnished or unfurnished. I have an extra queen sized bed in storage. Please let me know in advance.

Rent is $800/month $160 for all utilities. Includes WiFi, gas, hydro, electricity and home insurance. Plus a one time refundable $800 deposit. Month to month rental. No couples or double room occupancy.

Hi! I’m Samantha. I’m looking for someone to join a shared home. My brother is the primary lease holder for the whole house. My brother has his own private 1 bedroom basement suite with his own kitchen and bathroom with a separate side entrance. He also works out of town 20 days of the month so the house will mostly be occupied with just myself and my pets.

You will be living on the main floor with me. You will have your own large bedroom, ceiling fan and closet. We will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living room. The only thing we share with my brother are the laundry machines and backyard when he is here.

I am in my mid 30’s and work as a Vet Tech Assistant. My brother is in his late 30’s and works on an oil rig out of town.

A female is preferred, however a mature and trustworthy male may be considered.

I have 2 cats and 1 friendly Australian Shepherd dog. You must be comfortable living with pets, as they share the common areas. No more pets.

Someone who does not work remotely from home. Who is mature, independent, respectful. Is reliable and easy to live with. Who keeps shared spaces clean. Helps with snow shoveling. My brother handles lawn care.

No smoking inside. No parties. Moderate drinking is fine. Must respect late night and early morning hours.

I would like for us to have separate household double items to keep things fair. You are welcome to use my dishes and cookware. We will each have allocated shelves for our food and counter space/drawers.
