Someone who likes a quiet, comfortable family type setting with a busy semi-retired couple, who enjoy a young, but responsible person in their home. Rent includes furnished, clean private bedroom downstairs, desk area, and shelfs for homework and sitting area for reading, just outside your bedroom. Your bathroom is primarily private and upstairs. Parking and Laundry included, no extra charge. All meals and school lunches included. However no special diets pls. (Things you prefer not to eat are ok and we'll discuss) Your own car is an asset, but Bus and LRT are close by. The couple will support the student if they find themselves in a jam. Example needs a ride to pick up her car, needs a ride to the airport, or bus station, we'll try to facilitate. The couple provides a safe, comfortable and supportive home for the student while she is learning and focussed on school and her interests. She needs to be tidy, clean up after her-self in kitchen, bathroom and her room area. Someone who is easy going, respectful and honest of the home owners possessions and property. I can provide glowing past student references on request, where students had a positive, comfortable living experience with us. We are looking for a great young women from a good family, or at least has good values and easy to live with, for the coming school year. Someone who wishes to find a comfortable, safe, friendly, low cost accommodation so she can focus on her school work and her interests. I absolutely, must meet you prior to rental.
