I'm a 39 y/o man with a large orange tabby cat, working in the arts presently, but I will be starting a B.Ed. at UBC in the Fall.

Rent: $1150 internet ($27) & 50% utilities.

Amenities: In-suite laundry, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, heated tile floors in bathroom.

Neighbourhood: Very close to the Drive and Hastings-Sunrise on a major crosstown bike route.

Transit: Nearby transit inc. to R5, 14, 16, 20, 7, 4, 210 & 211. Not far from SkyTrain, 99, etc.

NOTE: House is only accessible via a set of 9 steps to/from street level and an additional 3 steps to/from the door.

No smoking on the property. No additional pets - landlord has a 1-cat limit which has already been met (and possibly exceeded) by my cat (pictured).
