There are 2 or 3 rooms for girls only, best for students.
You can move in on September 1st.

Big room: $620 CAD/month

Small room: $480 CAD/month

one room without door: $350 CAD/month (with curtain)
We all share the cost of electricity and heating.

There is a simple kitchen and bathroom.
The room has a bed mattress and a desk.
You need to stay for at least 1 year.
