We are staying in 2 Bedroom Flat (2 Male).

01. I am Going for Short vacation of 2 Weeks. I am student of Uof C.
My room is available for short stay (During my vacation till 31Aug) for male only.
02. Another Bed room is available from 1 Sep as my another roommate got the Job in another City and he is leaveing the flat so you can contineu.
Room is
5 min walk to university of Calgary.
15 min walk to fresco.
Room in ground floor.
Monthly Rent 720cad with all the utilities (Including Wi-fi, hydro, heat)...etc
But very very good option for short stay as well Long Stay....If GOD Permits.

Very Cheap and Best Option near University and near station.
Room is cheaper because we are here for very long time. Owner is very kind. No tension of Grass Cutting or Ice Removal. This much Cheap room is very difficult to get.
No Party - No Drugs- No alchohal - Only Study or Sleep Purpose.
Good Wi-Fi
