This is a private space within a living room, separated by curtains for privacy on the main floor well maintained and clean. The space is furnished with a bed box, mattress, storage chest, chair, table and a sitting sofa with additional storage.

The washroom is shared among four individuals (including yourself) there are 2 washrooms, and the kitchen is shared among six.

Please note that this is a vegetarian household. Cooking non-vegetarian food is not permitted. However, you may order non-vegetarian food, consume it in your room, and ensure the delivery packaging is properly discarded. Parking is available

The location is conveniently close to Indian market, Walmart, No Frills, and Metro.
Route 24 and 67 are at 3-4 minutes of walking distance.

The space will be available from September 1st. First and last month's rent is required upon moving in.
