Bathrooms: you'll share the guest bathroom with one other person (and any house guests).
Laundry & parking: Washer/Dryer on same floor, free powered street parking.
Extras: A/C, central vac, TV and couch on main floor, and open communal spaces.

Who I'm looking for: a mature, personable, clean/hygienic, quiet, independent working professional with reliable employment. Must be okay with dogs — I live here with my big, lovable dog.

Home owner lives in-house and works from the computer so they are around lots to deal with issues; makes frequent weekend trips to Regina.

House basics: no smoking/vaping indoors; reasonable quiet hours (midnight to 8 AM); be respectful of shared spaces; single occupancy. Photo ID required.

Rent: $700 per month, flexible payment options throughout the month, first month due on or before move in
Security/Damage Deposit: $350 due on move in, $350 due within 2 months of move in date.
