In a detached house, hard wood floor throughout. Both rooms are newly renovated, one is on ground floor, the other is on 3rd floor with access to a large roof top terrace (balcony). Each room shares a bathroom (3 piece with toilet, sink, and glass shower stall) with one other female York University student. Both rooms are fully furnished, each room has a built-in closet.

One of the cleanest houses in York Village. Common areas are regularly cleaned, and garbage is collected by a dedicated cleaner.

Each room is furnished with a twin bed, mattress, mattress cover, large Ikea table, chair, and curtain. The ground floor room has a large window facing street, and the 3rd door window and patio door face the rooftop terrace. Both rooms are very bright.

There are two spacious new kitchens in the house. The two rooms share the ground floor full kitchen with other housemates. The kitchen is equipped with stone countertops, modern stainless cooktop and hood fans. Refrigerator, small appliances (microwave, toaster oven, toaster, hot water kettle etc) are provided. Ample storage space in the kitchen. Clean regularly, very clean.

The rent is $860 and $890 (for 3rd floor room) per month, all-inclusive (all utility, heating, cooling plus Bell gigabits internet both high speed wifi and wired connection via RJ45 port in room) except for laundry, which is coin operated ($2 and $1.25 per load washing and drying) located onsite in the basement.
