It is next door to the Charlotte Street Arts Centre. The apartment is on the main floor at the front of the house. It received over $3,000 in new flooring with other upgrades a few years ago. Bedroom #1 is a smaller room. However, it can still easily fit a single bed with a dresser. The bedroom has a closet, and a couple of shelves. • The coin-operated Laundry Room has a passcode lock for security. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. The Laundry Room has 1 Whirlpool commercial washer and 2 Maytag commercial natural gas dryers located on the second floor at the back of the house. It is only $2.25 to wash and starting at $1.75 to dry your clothes. You just add extra quarters for extra minutes on the dryers if needed. The Laundry Room was built around 9 years ago.
• The Security Deposit is the same as one month's rent. For example, if your rent is $665 then your Security Deposit is $665. I prefer to get all $665 of the Security Deposit up front with the $665 in rent when moving in.
• Cats and dogs are allowed at all of my locations for an extra charge. If you choose to bring a cat with you it is $45 per month per cat. If you choose to bring a dog with you it is $55 per month per dog. I have extra parking spaces at some locations that non tenants can rent for only $59 per month.
• I give you a 2 Year Rent Guarantee that your rent will stay the same for 2 years. A lease is required until August 31st, 2026. You would give 3 months notice in writing by May 31st, 2026 or earlier to terminate your lease for August 31st, 2026. If you don’t give 3 months notice in writing to terminate your lease then on September 1st, 2026 the lease would automatically renew on a year to year basis.
