Looking for a mature resposible roommate to share a 2 bedroom apt in Beacon Hill.
I am a senior who works part time to supplement my income.
What I am really looking for is someone similiar, as I don't think someone 60 (me) is going to be a good fit with a student.

I'm looking for a long term tenant/roomie who's income is sufficient to pay rent on time without too much of a struggle.
The rooms a med sized room 10x11 and can be modestly furnished if need be.
Theres 2 well socialized cats who live here so if you're not a pet person this isn't a good fit for you.
I am a smoker, I don't do any drugs and rarely drink alcohol.
The asking price is $650 first and last months rent required.
High speed internet, Utilities and incidentals are an extra $50.
