House is located in a great neighborhood close to many shops and quiet. Asking 550 plus half utilities, price is negotiable, okay with male or female tenants. My family stays over often so I’m looking for someone comfortable with that and also respectful enough to be around them. Priorty will go to students and people in my age range 22-28
All furniture other than bedroom furniture will be provided. Preferably no pets but not against the possibility of a well trained pet.
