We are looking for a roommate for the main floor room in our community house in Windsor Park (house is just two blocks west of the University of Alberta). The room is $825/month, with all utilities and communal household items included (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, etc). The room is unfurnished aside from two (optional) end tables leftover from the landlord. Shared spaces include a large kitchen, a living room, sunroom, large backyard, and a rec room/jam space in the basement. Main floor bathroom is shared with two other people. Lease length is negotiable. Our lease with our landlord is up May 31st, 2026. We are not sure if we will be renewing yet.

Our household is tidy, respectful, and well-suited to both students and professionals. There's a jam space in the basement, so occasional weeknight rehearsals are to be expected. We are looking for someone who's organized, timely with rent, and comfortable with a creative, shared household environment.
